What others think of you is none of your business
Do you worry about what others may think? What if you didn’t? Life would feel so much easier. You’d be less distracted and able to get on with your life. Intrigued?
Are you ready to drop the mummy guilt?
If we let it, mummy guilt can literally be crippling. So much pressure, which we put on ourselves. But it doesn’t have to be this way. This is what I think
What would you do if your inner critic didn’t stop you?
Unknowingly we give our inner critic too much power. We allow the inner voice to control us. But what if you didn’t? What if you accepted you can do anything?
What if you could have the life you dream of?

Living a fulfilled life is not about being busy doing stuff. Sometimes it’s better to pause. It allows us the time to reflect and then decide what’s next.
Do you want to forgive?
To forgive can be difficult because it feels like that’s saying what happened was okay. However, forgiveness is about releasing yourself from the past so you can move forward in life.
Have you come to a fork in the road?
How do you approach the decisions in your life? Do you face them head on or do you prefer to hide? What takes the pressure off is not to focus on what is right or wrong but be comfortable knowing I will choose what is right for me.
Is what you’re thinking right?
Although where you are right now is where you meant to be it doesn’t have to stay that way. You have the power to make the necessary changes. This is what I think.
Are you friends with your inner critic?
My inner critic is called Vera. She’s a sweet old lady who just wants me to be safe. The problem is, that’s not necessarily helpful. So, we’ve become friends. Want to know more?
