In just three powerful 90-minute sessions, I’ll guide you to break through the obstacle that’s been holding you back. We’ll work together to create a clear path forward, so you can move beyond this barrier. These sessions are designed to allow you to Accept, Resolve and Redirect your life.

The programme is designed to meet you where you are, with the flexibility to adapt to your needs as we progress.

Accept where you are right now and the obstacle you're facing

By getting crystal clear on what’s blocking your progress, why it’s holding you back and where you are right now, you can face your challenge from an empowering position. This understanding is key to accepting the current situation and laying the foundation for change.

Resolve

Identify how you will Resolve this situation

Once the root of the problem has been identified, you can then focus on facing it head-on. Together, we’ll explore possible solutions, create an action plan and agree on how to resolve the challenge. By the end of this session, you’ll have the clarity and direction needed to take effective action.

Take action to Redirect where you are going.

Now that you have a plan, it’s time to implement it. In this final session, we’ll break down the steps you need to take to move forward and overcome the challenge once and for all. We’ll set actionable goals and outline further steps to keep you on track as you continue to build momentum.

You will go from feeling trapped and frustrated by an obstacle to gaining the clarity and confidence to smash through it. The feeling of being overwhelmed or stuck will be replaced by a sense of control and excitement about what’s next.

My Story

I may not know exactly how you feel, I do understand what it’s like to be at a crossroads in life, facing a significant decision and wanting to make the right choice.

My turning point came when I was made redundant while my two children were under three. This was the push I needed to change life as I knew it. I had been waking up for years thinking ‘Is this it?’. No longer excited by the day ahead. Just going through the motions. Trapped in an endless cycle of routine.

Being made redundant gave me the perfect opportunity and shove to make the changes I craved.

With the help of an amazing coach, I was able to start my own business. Something I never thought would be possible. 

Now, I run my own business and live life on my own terms.

I’ve learnt that life is what you make of it. Regardless of the situation you find yourself in, you have the power to turn it to your advantage and create the reality you desire.

You can either continue living on autopilot accepting what will be will be or you can take control of what happens next and make this next chapter of your life your best yet.

How exactly do you work? / What's your style of coaching like?

My coaching style is personalised and empathetic, focusing on your unique needs and goals. I also believe in being open and honest to ensure you experience a powerful coaching session, leading to your desired outcomes.

I ask questions that get below any surface issues and challenges so that you can address the cause and not the symptom. It’s my ability to ask the right questions that will give you the greatest value during our sessions.

I use a variety of techniques, including NLP and hypnosis, to get to the root of what is going on for you and resolve them effectively with your permission.

I work online via Zoom so that you can be in the comfort of your own home.

I've never had coaching/therapy before, how does it work?

We begin with an initial consultation to understand your needs, followed by 12 fortnightly sessions. These sessions follow the programme outline and are tailored to meet your needs and goals.

How does the coaching process work?

The process includes regular fortnightly sessions all of which are focused on a specific element of the programme. Each session will begin with reviewing your progress followed by moving on to the next steps of the programme.

Do I need to be clear about what specific things I need help with? What if I'm just in overwhelm and don't know what I need help with?

It’s okay if you’re unsure. We’ll work together to identify your needs and create a plan tailored to your desired outcomes.

How is this different to other similar things?

It is different because my approach is highly individualised, focusing on your specific circumstances and goals. My unique experiences and qualifications ensure you receive a unique coaching experience. 

It’s different because many coaches use traditional coaching techniques which work at a conscious level only. However, for any change to last work needs to occur at a conscious and unconscious level, otherwise you will go back to old habits and old patterns. This is why I use NLP and Hypnosis when I work with my clients.

How much time will I have to commit to our work together outside of our sessions?

You’ll need to dedicate time for reflection and agreed-upon exercises or tasks. The time commitment varies based on your goals and your effort directly impacts your progress. On average, this will be a couple of hours a week.

What are the options when our sessions end, can I book more sessions?

Yes, you can book additional sessions as needed to continue your progress, which we can discuss towards the end of the initial programme.
